This is a little nightstand that I found one day.  I failed to take a "before" picture, darn it!  But as you can see, sometime in it's life it stubbed it's front toe.  That didn't stop me though.  I snapped it up!  My customer who purchased the dresser below wanted a nightstand to go with it, so I painted it in the same ivory and grey paint, antiqued it and added the little basket.  She is adorable!

This is a dresser that I picked up at a yard sale.  While it was in fairly good condition for its age, I had other ideas for it!  See below for the "After" picture!
This is the "After" picture!  I love how the carved details are now a highlighted part of this piece.  I think the paint really made this beauty POP!

I know, no "Before" picture again!  This sweet desk was meant to be mine.  I had seen it online and someone else snatched it up.  I will admit, I had a brief moment of mourning but picked myself up and carried on.  The very next day, in the wee hours of the AM, even before my morning coffee, it was back up for sale!  WooHoo!  I moved fast and it became mine!  It had been spray painted a not-so-awful green. But I had a vision to paint it my favorite (for the moment anyway) duck egg blue and antiqued it just a bit.  She is so lovely I made her mine and put her in my sewing studio.  Sigh!  :)

S. Claus, in all his Folk Art glory.  He is made of solid wood that I had cut for me and then I painted him in a folk art style.  He stands over 15" tall and can be used as a centerpiece or a great focal point for your mantle.
